As the current leader on the Betway Big Easy Tour, South Africa’s Wandre Snyman could make it two wins on the bounce when he takes to the Benoni Lake Golf Club in the Big Easy Tour 8 this week.
Snyman reigns head and shoulders above his competitors on the Big Easy Tour standings after accumulating 950.32 points after 13 tournaments by order of merit.
In hoping to ward off top talents such as Jordan Wessels and England’s Daniel Smith, Wessels has been a fierce competitor as for as top 10 finishes are concerned with his best performances coming a the recent Big Easy Tour 7.
At the Big Easy Tour 7, hosted at the Soweto Country Club in August, Snyman finished the showpiece as the play-off winner ahead of second-placed Drikus Joubert while Jonathan Wilsenach and Kian Coetzer were tied for third.
Snyman also recorded runner-up finishes at both the Big Easy Tour 2 & 3 while he finished within the top 10 at the Betway Big Easy Blu Label Unlimited Invitational 5, including the Big Easy Tour 4 & 6.
Ranked at World Number 1631, Snyman has accumulated R28 785 in career prize money, noting a total of 214 Eagles and 203 Birdies.
